- The terrestrial standards were measured in a 60x60 µm window, but the meteorite hibonite was taken with a 40x40 µm window, and the meteorite diopsides / Ca-pyroxenes with a 20x20 µm window.The resolution changes with the wavelength according to the Abbe's equation.
