20 successive measurements with rotations of 18° between each ((azimuthal angle, varying between 0° and 360°), were average to obtain the reflectance spectrum of an isolated particle. The spot size was adapted according to the size of each samples.

Analysis
The spectrum is first calibrated by division with a Spectralon 99% reference target measured in the sames conditions and then normalized to 1 at 550 nm.
