- Analysis
- The optical constants in the MIR/FIR were determined by Kramers-Kronig analysis of the merged reflectance spectra. The measured reflection spectra were slightly corrected by multiplying with an instrumental function, which has been derived from comparison of the measured spectra with and without cryostat.
