- Analysis
- The camera has been calibrated using a reference panel (50% reflectance, Pro-Lite) in the same geometry and conditions. We first handpicked image pixels containing plagioclase crystals by creating a Region Of Interest (ROI) on each cube. The average spectrum of this ROI was then used as the average spectrum of plagioclase in this rock, and when possible, as an endmember for the Spectral Angle Mapper (SAM) supervised classification.
