#1 before layer formation pressure 0.06g of cellulose powder are pressed in a pressing tool of 13mm diameter under 2 tons load
#2 before layer formation pressure pellets were outgassed in vacuum (pressure 0.01 mbar) for 3 hours
#3 before layer formation thermal pellets were heated (180K/h) to 400°C under Ar atmosphere, kept for 2 hours at reaction temperature, cool-down at 180K/h release of volatile elements and groups
#4 during layer formation mechanical thin section was cut from the pellet, both sides were polished
