mineral
Comments
schwertmannite was synthesized at the University of Arkansas following the procedures of Schwertmann and Cornell (Schwertmann, U. & Cornell, R. M. Iron Oxides in the Laboratory. (Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH, 2000). doi:10.1002/9783527613229), and were kept under ambient conditions for 14 years before being investigated in this work. The samples were not altered in any way (XRD patterns).
