Comments: The rough sample (without any preliminary preparation except cutting) was first placed in an epoxy cylinder, 2.5 cm in diameter. The epoxy was hardened on a hotplate at 60 °C to avoid sample dehydration. The cylinder was polished on one side and then cut parallel to the polished face to obtain a ∼500 mm-thick disk. The second side was polished down to the desired thickness. Finally, the sample was removed by breaking the thin epoxy disk.
