- The resolution in the above table is the resolution given by the monochromator. The energy was calibrated by measuring the absorption edge of a reference: Cu metallic foil (first maximum of the derivative set at 8979 eV).
Definition: incidence and emergence angles are positive with origin at nadir. Emergence angle in transmission is larger than 90° (=180°-i).
